Can we run the angel eyes w/o DRL in auto mode?
So, I love the look of the LED angel eyes of the M235i. However, I got used to driving with my headlights on the auto selector. I noticed the other day that this means the stupid outside headlights are always on (when in auto mode).
Is there a way to have only the LED portion on while in auto mode, either through coding or some setting I am missing? Thanks

Sorry, it's for corona ring brightness when headlamps are on. They are set low by default and can be set to full brightness.
I noticed this too, the pic in my sig is in daylight and the headlamps are on. Maybe this is set in idrive instead? I can't check, no car yet.

I leave my lights on auto and my headlights are not always on. They only turn on when it's dark.

Pik - is there a coding setting for the tolerance for darkness? My auto lights come on even in my well-lit garage.

not that i know but there might be something... it's just not very popular so people usually don't bother looking for it as it takes quite some times to discover new codes
