I pulled the trigger tonight as well, changing from map 5 to map 7!!! I run 4.5 gal of E85 with 9.2 gal of 91......roughly 95.5 octane.
Initial impressions: Accelerated at stop light from a stop, making right turn (another car inside lane) did 60% or so throttle and OMG rear pushed out and I did short drift!!!!! Car feels faster on Map 7 than Map 5 (spent month plus running).

You shouldn't be mixing more then 30% E85 with the EWG JB4 setup. It is not designed for this and you risk running super lean!!!

I don't think carbon buildup is a concern and I have seen nothing indicating it produces more or less than standard gas. There are no real risks when mixing E85 in such low concentrations like this (as in only 4 gallons to our 15.9 gallon tanks). It's effectively 105-110 octane, burns a lot cooler than standard gasoline, and provides for more performance and knock resistance than Sunoco or VP 100-octane race fuel (pretty much the highest level unleaded fuel). It is however more corrosive than gasoline and is significantly less efficient, requiring 25-30% more fuel. This inefficiency is where problems may arise when you are using too much E85 at higher power/boost levels where the factory fuel system will not be able to flow enough fuel. |

I'd expect near what I got given that exact setup is what this thread is about!
Just remember to buy and install the flex fuel wiring harness with the ewg harness. |

Station I get 91 at has no ethanol in the gas, some station put in E10 and others don't add any. Key is to ask station manager and consistently go to same station.

See my numbers for gain with JB4 with MPE alone. 403/450 on E30/map 7 ET 12.39@112 with 2900 DA No Dyno stock but it ran 13.4@104 so at least 80-100 rwhp gain Definitely worth it for $600 bucks |
