"Scheduled for production but with no confirmed date"
My prod week is supposed to be 26 which is still a couple of weeks away. But I'm still obsessed calling that 1-800 number at least once everyday (yeah, I confess that I sometimes call in the morning, then at lunch and then again before going to bed). The trick to save the number in your contacts list with the pause and prod number is saving me tons of time!
Like my younger kid, I'm having a hard time with waiting for something I want badly...really badly. I want it now! But anyway, here's my question. How many days before the car actually enters in production will the automated message update to something else? |

Call 1800 number and talk with a rep. They will be able to give you much more info.

On mine the operator was about 24 hours behind and the automated system was about 72 hours behind. My car was in Belgium before the automated one said it was at the port awaiting a shipping vessel.

Other fun I've had with my production number and the hotline/website: The 800# thinks my car, when given the production number, is still in germany. The website shows my car (using production number) at the finishing touches stage. |

I wonder if they re-use those statuses for cars at the VPC, and then loaded onto a car carrier. |

Asked my CA to provide a fresh screenshot of their tool (which seems like the most accurate and up-to-date compared to 1-800#, web site or talking to a live agent).
Looks like I moved to status 112 on 6/2 (whatever that means - it's still progress!) |

ehagerty, our cars will be really close twins! Looks like the only difference is that I got manual. You'll still get yours earlier than me since I'm on the west coast. I'll let you know as soon as I hear from my CA...he's very good to keep me updated. Please do the same

Yeah, also spoke to a human this morning. Still no confirmed/estimated dates for production. In my case, I was always told week 26 so I'm not really upset (yet)...just getting impatient. The wait is tougher than I thought!

Woohoo! Just talked to a human on the 1-800 number and my car just entered production this morning (status 150) with an estimated completion on 6/26
Of course, the automated message and the web site are still behind but I expect it will update within 72 hours. |

EHagerty ordered from the same dealer as me right after I ordered and I've had my car for 5 weeks. He got caught up in the allocation mess.

Assuming my car completes the production stage as estimated (6/26), what are my chances to make it in time to Bremerhaven to board the Carmen (scheduled to depart on 6/29)?
If I miss this one, it looks like I'd need to wait 2 weeks for the Elektra |
