Lol !!! Sorry my man - I looked quickly and thought San Antonio. But you broke the story for the South African configuration. I should have remembered.

Is this correct? I found this info on http://www.gtspirit.com/2013/10/10/b...ressive-322hp/

In terms of fuel efficiency, the BMW M235i will use 10.3-10.9 liters per 100km travelling in the city and 5.9-6.4 liters per 100km out of town. The manual is the least fuel efficient of the two gearbox options.

the conversion of those numbers are

You are currently converting fuel consumption units from litre per 100 kilometers to mile per gallon(UK)
10.9 l/100km = 25.915682229358 mpg
6.4 l/100km = 44.137646296875 mpg

That will be great fuel economy with so much horsepower.

I finally found the post where Scott says that the M2 may be a 4 cylinder LOL. It's in a sticky on the 1addicts part of the site:

Either way you convert it, the figures are outstanding. This car is going to be perfect

If a 328 with manual at 3360 lbs is 0-60 in 5.7 then a 228 with manual should be around 5.5 with 2-300 lb weight savings. That's pretty damn fast. Maybe that's why no 235 and just the M235.

Totally agree, the weight savings of the N20 and terrific torque numbers will allow that car to edge its way to the would-be standard 235i.

Recently bought my wife an X1 28i Msport, everytime I drive it I'm pleasantly surprised. It doesn't have the full-range pull of my old 135i, but was certainly enough grunt to justify the $6K savings over the N55 X1. The M235i will offer an additional edge over a standard 235i.

David's awesome and its even sweeter he's in Cali now. I bought my 135i from him when he was on the East Coast and had it shipped here.

Invoice pricing and no hassle is great!

Does anyone know if the bolt pattern for the wheels has changed from the 135i to M235i?

He is truly a stud--this time, I am going to "buy" the car in CA, pick it up in Baltimore, and drive it home to Indianapolis...lol
