This looks awesome. Look at that rear. Beautiful blacklines. Aggressive spoiler.
Dual exhaust. Proportions look excellent. I am so excited, provided BMW doesn't fugly up the front end on purpose, as they did with the (soon to be pre-lci) new 1er.

Perfect. ED #2 for 2014 (M235) or 2015 (M2 hopefully). A win-win in any event!!!

Lets hope the 2 series does not grow to much. I have 1M coupe and the size is spot on for agility.

I also hope the M2 gets a 6cil turbo. 340hp like the 1M is enough just get some weight off. And get the same bulldog looks like the 1M.

The 2er looks really hot. The new wheel design is sexy. Amazing what a few bends in metal can do!

Glad I saw this before I pulled the trigger on an X1, but I don't think I can wait another year to get behind the wheel of a BMW!

I can see myself in a 2 series, 3 series is getting bigger despite BMW did a good job on controlling the weight, and 1 series is a bit too small to be a serious all purpose car.

Another exclusive. had you not caught them here then you would have to wait for winter testing in the new year.

The 2er was expected to be seen for the first time as will the X4 and an all new BMW model - something we have not seen yet.

So, the 2er and X4 were expected to be first seen winter testing in the new year... as well as something 'all new' , 'something we have not seen yet'..

Only things I can think of that are rumoured but we've not spied yet:-

X7
Baby Z car
'urbanic' BMW 1-er?

?

To be honest, I've lost track of what might be due when?!

Do wait for the M2... it will be so worth the satisfaction

And I am sure it will contain a 6... unless they can gives us a 4-banger with 10000 rpm redline... How sweet that would be

This is my next car. I'm glad the M235i is a real thing, any insights on US pricing?

THIS. An M2CSL weighing less than 2900lbs with the same badass, aggressive looks as it's E46 and E9 namesakes. OH GOD YES. +1000000000000000

Let's see it happen BMW! And let's also have it come stateside for once!

I suppose it could potentially be the 2 series Sports Tourer that has also been rumored. Personally, I would like to see a smaller, back to basics Z roadster/coupe as long as it is RWD.

Wow, I have almost given up hope on this car.

1. What will the front look like?

2. 6mt or dct big decision

3. I am very excited about the M235i.

4. AND it fits my Cervelo RS.

I'm O.K. with that as long as it creates a bit more rear seat legroom (for the little rugrats)....

Same discussions as the e30 325 and M3. If your in the know you understand why the M3 is so much better than the 325is. An S version turbo 4 pot 2.5 liter would be something else. High RPM buzz bomb again that is the total package. It's not all about acceleration, it's about how much of that acceleration you can carry through the turn. ///M cars are about momentum driving not point and shoot driving like all these 35i models.
