It depends on which one sounds better for you and fits your budget.
Akrapovic are made from titanium, which is a lot lighter and better material than the stock ones. Milltek is made from stainless steel, same material as stock.

I have the Akra. It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. It’s been months now and it hasn’t gotten old.
If you can afford it, I know the Akra sounds amazing. Not sure on anything else. |

Akra sounds great once it's warmed up. I think the resonance of the metal changes from cold to warm because the sound changes. I don't think it's just the valves.
