Kinda where I was going, but I thought maybe the poster had some information that I wasn't privy to. My 996 GT3 buddies average $500-$600 per track day for brakes & tires. Never mind repairs.
$600 per day sounds cheap to me for a GT3. My E36M3 runs in that ballpark, and my tires cost half as much.
