Found a nice 2004 996T with 20k miles for ~ $46.0. With $8.0 reserve for possible clutch and other routine maintenance issues I am at $54k. If I purchased, I would plan to keep it for 5 years.

Since this is close to the (potential) purchase price of an M2, would you wait or go for the 996T?

*Plan for some track use and need limited back seat space.
