Notes:
1) The "Unlock code" is the SUM of the last 5 digits of your VIN
2) Hold the Trip reset button with the ignition off, then switch on the ignition, while keeping the Trip Reset button pressed for a few more seconds until the secret menu comes up
3) Short presses on the button to scroll, long presses to select.
It's quite easy once you get the hang of it.
