Interesting.
I cannot see the 3 and 4 series not having a sub M model for too long, especially if the M2 does come to reality. Why would you buy a 435i with performance upgrades when an M2 is going to be not that far off in price and the M235i is considerably cheaper and faster?
Be interesting to see what F30 LCI and B series engines bring....
