They should have produced a combined gauge for Canada. Even my kids' 2010 Civic has a digital speedo that toggles mph/kmh.
Having said that, I drive is SE Michigan several times a month. It's easy to remember .6 as a reasonable conversion factor. Since the speedo reads a few kmh high, it's close enough.
Just like we do the currency conversion at the outlet mall. At least the speed conversion rate doesn't change daily, eh?
