I've tried several, and like the last-generation Carly. I have heard good things about the current one. I'm not a fan of their software, but the dongle works with all the other programs in my experience.

No, but if there's a spitting contest over who covers the repair in the event of a problem, you may find yourself at the other one. You can get the free oil changes at the closer one, non-driveline repairs at the closer one, and then go to the further one for driveline issues.
