It sounds like they replaced the pistons & rods (likely lightened, titanium, etc.). Also a new turbo unit. If you read carefully, they also upped the octane handling, likely indicating that they are running sinister turbo boost, high compression ratio or both.

with this type of build i want to see lateral gs and 60-130mph times. slalom times and 60-0 and 100-0 braking distance.
