I wonder how it drives.
My last two BMW's have been xDrive, although one never forgets what a good fun RWD car feels like, such as an E46 3-series... I've driven front wheel drive Volvo's that felt pretty good so it's possible.
I want to drive it just to find that out alone.
However, I am in agreement as to not understanding how this is a 2-series. It seems more like a 1-series GT according to the new coupe/sedan naming convention going on, and the Active Tourer is definitely not coupe-like in any way.
It doesn't look bad, actually looks good in a way, just not my style at all. The next version with 3 rows of seats will be interesting. BMW seems to really going for expanding the small car city/family sort of utilitarian market.
Nothing wrong with that because at the same time, I'm loving the M235i, so it's all good.
