I have never used the BMW Run Flats, but on my current car, a Nissan 370Z, I have the Michelin PSSs (the standard M235i tire), and they are by far the best tires I've ever used. When I switched to these from the "OEM High Performance tires" it was like night and day. They grip like nobody's business.
