If you work at the store, it shouldn't be a problem. However, if its law in your state to have one, the technician doing your PDI may put it on by default!
If I were you, track down the shop foreman or a tower controller (the one who dishes out the jobs to the techs!) and see if you can find out who will get your PDI job card. If you work there, perhaps befriend a tech (if you haven't already) who you can request do all this for you!
You will probably still need to enlighten both the tower controller and the tech themselves individually, as to your wishes - particularly if it turns out to be someone you don't know...
Oh and for good measure, get the keys once it arrives on the transporter and stick a 'post it' note on the steering wheel, covering the roundel
Just be careful not to get in the way of the 'stocking in' process if you do so
