If it is any indication, I recently received an X1 xDrive 28i loaner for 3 days while my car was in for servicing. I was beyond impressed with the responsiveness of both this motor and the 8 speed transmission. I am certain that a 228i M-Sport will be a sweet car, only problem is that it will be hard to test drive a 228i M-Sport in manual.
