The more of these mules I see, the less likely I think we'll see a huge difference vs the m235i, which is fine by me. As long as they price the M2 closer to the M235i than the M3/4. We'll see

I still feel that the M2 will come with the carbon fiber roof because it seems like an easy way to get the weight lower and it makes the car look better.It isn't like they are protecting M4 sales by not offering it on the M2.Is someone really going to get an M2 over an M4 just because it has a carbon fiber roof like the M4.
It's not like there aren't other cars in the BMW lineup using carbon fiber.Look at the i3,it uses a bunch of carbon fiber,including the roof and costs way less than the M2.
