process of elimination. run flats= all season=lower speed limiter. There are only 2 options for tires:
Summer (w/ higher speed limiter)
All-seasons (e.g. run flats/lower speed limiter)
The only exception is the poster who somehow got Bridgestone Summer RFT. Who knows what he got for speed limiter (one way to find out though
