Hey guys!
I'm in waiting process for 2er. Here in Czech was no M235/M135 for rent in dealers. So they gave me 340i to see how engine works.
But the problem I saw was transmission! That was a sh*t! Up-shifts were ok, but downshift WHAT?!
My question: is there any chance, M235/M240 has different/more sporty transmission? I like to downshift while stoping to make a noise lol. Not the crackle sound when coming down from higher RPMs but the beaut sound some cars make when downshifting with paddles. My previous E89 Z4 35is did it and it was aghhhhh for my ears... I love it... Don't you guys know something about it or are downshifts quick? Because 340i transmission was rubbish..
