To be fair, the GT4 is an ultra low production model and the 5th such Cayman (base, S, R, GTS). The Cayman has been around since 2006. I'm sure the anticipation is felt by those hardcore enthusiasts that will be able to get their hands on one (GT4) at launch.
The M2 is brand new, a model presumably harking back to the old ways of the Motorsport division. I'd think there'd be more hype leading up to its grand arrival.
