never mind. As mentioned in my OP, I thought I looked at the fuse and nothing was wrong. Decided to take a second look, this time with a volt meter on continuity test and saw one of the fuse was out. It turned out to be one of the socket fuses. Guess I didn't look closely enough the first time. Changed it and fixed everything
