I've been looking at this myself
Port install according to my dealer is around 2800 INSTALLED.....and apparently they dont leave you with the original open diff......
Sub optimal in my opinion
You can purchase the factory unit WITH WARRANTY from dealers and I've seen it advertised for anywhere between 1900 and 2100....usually more
Installation is no more than 3 hrs labor so for ~2200 you get a new factory unit installed and have your original as a spare part
