Nyeager, dealers get their allocations a month prior. In first week of July they get their August allocation. They can place an order as soon as they get their allocation. As soon as they officially place your order they get your production ID. Getting your production ID is the best way to know that a dealer has an allocation to give you and that they have placed your order.
