The best I could figure out from reading every post I could find, the shipments retail sales would start 2 months after the coupe which would be May at dealers. When I ordered an original E93 back in 2007 I received it in May as a new introduction. This makes sense since from a sales and marketing standpoint you want it prior to the start of summer.
