Hi,

I've been looking to buy a used m235i for a while. I finally found one spec'd out the way I wanted it. It's quite far so the dealer agreed to ship it to me after the purchase.

I want to go inspect it in person but my schedule is tight right now I might not be able to find the time. How important is it to have the car inspected before buying given that it is CPO? Are most issues covered under CPO? It has 3 years remaining on it with unlimited miles. If I went to inspect it in person, I wouldn't know what to look for outside of exterior dings, curb rashes and MAYBE unexpected noises from moving parts. Where would I go about finding a trusted mechanic for pre-purchase inspected in a different state?
