Stock tailpipe dia is 60mm
MPE tailpipe dia is 67mm
MPE trims are concentric and fixed by a grub screw on the underside.
If you used a packer sleeve 1/8th" thick slid over stock tailpipe, with a slot at 6 o clock position to allow grub screw to pinch tailpipe outside diameter, then MPE trim could be slid onto tailpipe and packer and secured with grub screw (you may have to get a longer grub screw)
