I think unless you are mainly tracking it, you'll enjoy the 240 more. The suspension will work much better on real roads, and the slight advantages for the M will be hard to exploit on a public road. Don't think anybody has mentioned it, but I'm betting that another cost savings may be in tickets - the M just says 'write 'er up'. And a few more color options in the 240.
