The placement of the door handle, and lack of reasonable grab point farther back on the actual door arm-rest. (other than the ribs molded into the plastic edge of the storage pocket down low, which seem like an afterthought)

I actually don't mind the main door pull placement, I just always feel like I'm grabbing cheap, low quality plastic when using the storage bin edge. I wish there was another indentation shaped properly farther back on the armrest itself that felt better to grab/pull/use on the fingers when it's necessary (high wind, downhill, etc)

(considering that's my big complaint, the rest is damn good. Of course I've got many of the other things mentioned in this thread fixed through coding)
