Agree that leather/cloth combo is not the best. I had this combo on my Mini and the side bolsters started to show wear really soon as compared to the rest of the seat.
However, I have learned since then that leather requires upkeep, I am treating with conditioner the side bolsters on my 18-way seats in the Macan on a monthly basis. So far they look like the day I took delivery, 6,000 miles later.
