Regarding the missing temp gauges - for about $30 USD you can buy an OBD2 adapter and a mobile device app as a substitute. I use the Dash Command app on an iPod Touch along with a wi-fi adapter. There is a sticky thread in the Nav/Electronics forum with other specific examples and instructions.
