Everyone is a strong word. For me ECO mode allows good MPG, but the car is hamstrung response and power wise. My strategy is to use ECO when conditions don't allow any fun anyway and the use sport for more fun situations and hopefully sill net decent mileage. I'm sure there are others who will not use ECO at all.
