I use Sport 90% of the time. First thing I do after the start button is the sport button. I switch to comfort occasionally just for a less jarring ride on really bad roads, but switch right back to sport as soon as the roads improve, and I hate the fingertip light steering. Never tried Eco. Don't know why it is there.
