I'm going to be doing this in March of this next year…..2016. I realize that late Winter will curtail some of the usual Summer activities, but I'm still looking forward to this. I'm just curious as to if I can specify a date, or have to take what they offer. My wife and I have a very narrow window to work with in March, the second week of March to be exact. Whatever happens.
