Totally agree, the weight savings of the N20 and terrific torque numbers will allow that car to edge its way to the would-be standard 235i.

Recently bought my wife an X1 28i Msport, everytime I drive it I'm pleasantly surprised. It doesn't have the full-range pull of my old 135i, but was certainly enough grunt to justify the $6K savings over the N55 X1. The M235i will offer an additional edge over a standard 235i.
