I think that's really the discussion. F30 335 + MPPK and MPE and maybe the MPS and the then the diff is what from the M235i? Driving dynamics vs 2 extra doors as you said. Even without those, its only an incremental difference which may not matter to you... Plus you can get those installed as you learn you need them on your own schedule.
