Keep in mind the LSD dealer install gives you 2 years of warranty on the part. Port installed and it carries the full 4 year warranty. Just an FYI.
I think I paid $3000 grand for port installed LSD +\- $100 bucks. Yes it's well worth it if you drive the car like it's meant to be driven. If you never pitch your car sideways and don't track it you won't care about having the LSD.
The exhaust with the rear diffuser port installed was $1320 for both parts.
