1) Bimmercode (nothing crazy - auto start/stop default off, Active Sound Design disabled, iDrive nag screen disabled)
2) K&N air filter. Have used them as long as I have owned cars.
3) JB+ Mild single sensor tune, easy to remove, but still noticeable bump.
4) Code scanner (Foxwell, good price and seems to work well.)
5) In progress - spec and buy new summer wheels and tires for install next spring
