Just so folks know... that is the stock exhaust (not M Performance, but not 228i exhaust either) and yes it sounds like that when cranked cold. Hot it's a little less loud and rumbly.
Edit as I'm watching:
-Car does NOT come standard with comfort access. That's part of the premium package.
