It is the same bumper.
The quarters have additional body parts to flare the guards. You can see at the bottom of the Racing bumper that the lip doesn't go to the edge of the fender as there is an extra piece attached on top.
Lip IMO is the same only it is difficult to see the detail as it is painted.

As a synthetic product, Alcantara, if cared for properly, will out last leather.
