Thanks for the replies and the suggestions and the wheel place closest to me showed up after doing a search for the "Hunter" thing so will try them soon hopefully.
The pulsing starts at around 40 MPH to about 55 and think it may be a little worse in eco mode rather than sport mode but close and you can feel it in the steering wheel, seat, side arm rest.
It's also way worse on a less than perfect road compared to new pavement.
