I leased mine from Arizona and had it shipped to CA for $350.
The dealer I purchased from was Coulter Cadillac in Tempe. I worked with Gus. Excellent experience. I couldn't find a dealer in the Bay Area that was willing to deal. Fremont Cadillac had a car on the lot which was essentially the same, but I couldn't get them to even respond to emails/calls.
