Also happens to my new 2015 228i Convertible. Brand new, no hits. Strange steering wheel vibration at 40˜45mph. Went to the dealer and they replaced all four runflat tires for new set of Pirellis P7. Said the tires had flat spots. They stated the car must have came from Germany with defective tires since they only kept the car for 19 days at the dealer before I leased it. Vibration is still there (very faint) but much less than before.
Will follow up with them.
