Well I'm certainly not a JB4 expert, but it looks like your boost is just under target, but not by much. Timing seems a little poor. What kind of fuel are you using? Looks like you could use a bit more octane. Also it looks like you have FF learning turned off. You should turn this on. Also you have FUD bit 2 set for alternate in dash controls. This should be cleared - i.e. set FUD to 0.
I would guess that this will fix your JB4 steering wheel controls and you will see the FF value start to increase as it might be low.
