Shirazkhan is correct, as the Maintenance booklet that came with my car specifies that they be changed at:
"Every 6th engine oil service (approx. 60,000 mi)"
I had my 6th oil change at 12,760 miles and received no notice from the car to change the plugs. Maybe the car isn't as smart as it thinks it is?
