Have you tried driving in DSC Off? That is the only mode where the eLSD is operating and it does a decent job of emulating a true LSD on the street. In all other modes, it's operating like a fully open differential and you can really sense some one-leggedness and loss of traction/re-grip is quite abrupt. With the eLSD, it slides pretty smoothly

If you do auto-x or road racing, a true LSD should be a priority. For a street-only car, you may want to try DSC Off first.
