Don't take my word for it, but it might already be too late to order a 2015. There are only 10 more days of production. It's possible that a dealer might be able to modify an existing (but not yet produced) 2015 order to meet your specifications.
Whether the 2016 is a 'better deal' depends to some extent on how you plan to option the vehicle. The 2016 is a bit more expensive. But if you want the antitheft alarm, for example, it's now standard equipment on the 2016.
If you could find a 2015 that matches what you want already on a dealer's lot, you might get a pretty good deal.
