What's this M235i Track Edition nonsense?

Saw this on a couple sites...what am I missing here? Seems like a regular M235i with some M Performance parts? Is it a joke?

BMW M235i Track Edition unveiled

Costs a whopping €83,000 ($112,189)

BMW has quietly introduced the new M235i Track Edition in the Netherlands.
Described as an "exclusive" and "sporty" version of the M235i Coupe, the Track Edition features an M Performance body kit that includes a front splitter, revised side skirts and a rear diffuser. The model also has a black grille, a trunk-mounted spoiler, a stainless steel sports exhaust system and 19-inch lightweight alloy wheels.
Interior changes are limited but include aluminum pedals, a carbon fiber / Alcantara handbrake lever and an Alcantara-wrapped sport steering wheel with a race display.
Power is provided by a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder engine that produces 326 PS (240 kW) and 450 Nm (322 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission which allows the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, before hitting an electronically-limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
Production will be limited to 12 units and pricing starts at €83,000 ($112,189).
