based on what i saw from real quotes, it looks a reasonably good deal.
Some dealers in seattle were willing to give 7% off MSRP only for fully loaded models already on the lot.
I remember getting like ˜6% off on a very similarly optioned M240i (I had configured the exact same options excl the premium sound system).
It does look like the residuals are getting better now. If you scroll through the previous posts, you'll see that people were getting smaller residuals for 12k miles (was that 58% the maximum ever I seen for 12k miles a year?).
