illmatic37, many of the items you mention have been related as symptoms by others of a battery that's bad or going bad. Even if you're measuring 12.3 volts, if the battery is original, it's likely due to be replaced. These 2 Series cars have several odd electrical issues when the battery is going bad. Something to look into.
